Experiential Design
& Management

I’ve led booth and event experiences from concept through execution—developing the visual identity across print and digital promotions, designing the environment, and working directly with vendors to bring it to life on-site. Alongside the creative, I’ve owned the operational side as well—managing timelines, organizing content across stakeholders, and keeping complex builds moving through production.

From large-scale graphics to the smallest details, the goal is always the same: create something cohesive, intentional, and built to hold up in the real world.

Over six years at Illumio, I helped design and execute branded experiences across tech conferences, product roadshows, global field and partner events, and internal, company-wide kickoffs.

My history with experiential design started back in agency life before Illumio as a Senior Designer & Project Manager.

For Baxter/Baxalta’s brand presence at the National Hemophilia Conference over two years, I played a key role in shaping the creative and messaging behind each booth theme—designing the conference logos, establishing the overall look and feel for print collateral and booth environments, and guiding recommendations for giveaways and on-site activations that reinforced the experience. I oversaw legal and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance, coordinated print production, and managed logistics including shipments and on-site delivery. I also sourced and art directed photographers and videographers, and independently led ancillary experiences. During each conference, I was on site to provide hands-on support as needed.
